Greetings!

The Conference Committee on Grapevine put forward the following recommendation at the 60th General Service Conference and again, I would appreciate your assistance in gathering the information that has been requested.  

It was recommended:

15.    To the A.A. Grapevine Corporate Board that, in order to reach the broadest spectrum of the Fellowship, sharing on the following items be gathered from the General Service Conference delegates on behalf of the 2010 Conference Committee on the A.A. Grapevine:

·         What is the value of the Grapevine magazine to you?
·         How do you use the Grapevine magazine?
·         What would you like to change about the Grapevine magazine?
·         What do you think the purpose of the Grapevine magazine should be?

Note:    Responses are to be submitted to the A.A. Grapevine Corporate Board by 12/31/2010 and included as background material for the 2011 Conference Committee on the A.A. Grapevine.

I would also appreciate your distributing the attached "Grapevine Survey" to every A.A. member within South Florida Area 15 through your groups and/or Intergroup/Central Office, District or Area Committee's.  If possible, please collect the responses, and return all  the responses to me before November 1, 2010 at the address listed at the bottom of the "Grapevine Survey".  PLEASE inform our membership that they may complete the survey online.
